If KU loses to MU on Nov. 24, Gov. Kathleen Sebelius will wear MU's black and gold at February's bi-state economic summit.
If MU loses, Gov. Matt Blunt will don the crimson and blue at the same event.
The deal was announced today.
Said Blunt, "Governor Sebelius and I have worked together on many issues facing the bi-state region, but when it comes to the Tigers and Jayhawks we can find no common ground."
Said Sebelius, "I look forward to Governor Blunt sporting the crimson and blue when we gather next year in Kansas City."
The game will be played at Arrowhead Stadium.
UPDATE: Christian Morgan, executive director of the Kansas Republican Party, wonders why the two don't bet on something significant -- like the $5 million tax increase Missouri stuck Kansas with this year.

Odd
I don't remembering caring what Christian Morgan thought. Why doesn't he frequent a blog in his home state.
Honestly, doesn't an executive director of a party on the outs have better things to do than post on the buzz blog?
Here are a couple helpful suggestions:
1. Recruit candidates who can win.
2. Raise more money than the other side.
3. How about a message?
