Moran pulls ahead of Tiahrt in Kansas GOP Senate race

A new Survey USA poll for KCTV and KWCH puts Jerry Moran 16 points ahead of Todd Tiahrt for the 2010 GOP Senate nomination in Kansas.

(One note of caution: The pollster says the sample includes unaffiliated voters, who must declare a political party before they can vote in the primary. If they don't declare, they can't cast a ballot.

Survey USA says the poll shows unaffiliated voters breaking 3-1 for Moran.)

Dave, use the link that you provided. This poll sampled 1500 voters. 14% were unaffiliated (which you breathlessly caution about) and barely skewed the result of the overall sample. Among Republicans Moran is leading by 14% overall he leads by 16%.

Why would someone poll unaffiliated voters? The margin of error must be 35%, since that's roughly the percent of registered independent voters.

Joe Wilson puts the "citizen" back in citizen legislator. In 2010, send more to Washington, D.C. and wipe it clean of trough-feeders, race-baiters, constitution torchers, political hacks, ass-kissers, scumbags, leeches & liars.
