Bottom Line: For people in Medicare, health care reform is about lowering prescription drug costs for people in the "doughnut hole", keeping the doctor of your choice, improving the quality of care, and eliminating billions in waste that is causing poor care and medical errors.

5) The TVA.

6) The interstate highway system.

10) The FDA (when it is not being deneutered by hack politicians) and all of the agencies responsible for inspecting the food we eat.

11) The FDIC (Think (I recognize that is difficult for you) if the FDIC did not exist with the number bank failures in the last couple of years.)

12) ARPANET (Think (difficult for a wingnut like you) how would private industry have developed the protocols that lead to an entirely NEW economic sector. And, Al Gore wrote that legislation that make the net public and allows this exchange.)

13) Center for Disease Control

14) Medicare and Social Security (Both are solvent now and both can be fixed for a very long time with some minor adjustments. Think (sorry if your head is beginning to hurt) the number of elderly who would be destitute without either of these programs.)
