Add a plane ride as a place you should watch what you say publicly.
Former DNC chairman Don Fowler was caught on a plane ride out of Denver snickering about Gustav being on track to whallop New Orleans just as the Republicans convention starts.
He concluded, "That just demonstrates that God is on our side."
The clip ended up on YouTube.com via RedState.com where a poster described more details about the conversation (including Fowler's derogatory thoughts on Sarah Palin)
According to an Associated Press story posted on the New Orleans Times-Picayune's web site, Fowler has now apologized "if anyone was offended."
He says he was making fun of Jerry Falwell, who was not shown being mentioned in the clip.

Well
You have Focus on the Family praying for a storm during Barack Obama's speech: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohxdvio9n2Q
The result? A perfect evening for Obama's speech, and a hurricane headed to New Orleans during the RNC.
