The latest round of polls shed new light on key races in Missouri and Kansas heading into Tuesday's primaries.
The polls, taken in part for KCTV-5 in Kansas City, show:
MISSOURI GOVERNOR (GOP primary)
Kenny Hulshof: 45 percent
Sarah Steelman: 33 percent
Undecided: 15 percent.
MISSOURI GOVERNOR (general election)
Democrat Jay Nixon: 48 percent.
Republican Kenny Hulshof: 42 percent.
Undecided: 9 percent.
Nixon: 50 percent.
Republican Sarah Steelman 41 percent.
Undecided: 9 percent.
JOHNSON COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY (GOP primary):
Steve Howe: 52 percent
Phill Kline: 44 percent.
Undecided: 4 percent.
RACE FOR PRESIDENT IN MISSOURI:
John McCain: 49 percent
Barack Obama: 44 percent.
Undecided: 7 percent.
6th DISTRICT CONGRESS -- MISSOURI
Republican Sam Graves: 48 percent.
Democrat Kay Barnes: 44 percent.
