COLUMBUS, Ohio | Barack Obama is making his second trip to Ohio since nailing down enough delegates for the Democratic presidential nomination.

His campaign says the Illinois senator plans to go to Zanesville in eastern Ohio on Tuesday, to visit a church program that provides food, clothing and emergency assistance to needy families.

Because of space limitations, the event won't be open to the public.

Obama was last in Ohio on June 13 for a meeting with seniors in Columbus.

His Republican rival, Arizona Senator John McCain, held fundraisers and town hall meetings last Thursday and Friday in Cincinnati and in northeast Ohio.
